This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. During my first stay, the staff helped me with a technical issue, which was memorable. YASSER and VERA went above and beyond during my visit too. I highly recommend it. I’m coming back for a xmas.

The Standard Double Room was quite spacious and had a comfy bed, which made for a nice sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-designed, with great hot water pressure. I loved the complimentary mini bar and in-room coffee machine – such a nice touch! there were times when noisy guests disrupted the quiet vibes and the elevators were annoyingly slow.

we really loved the location, just a street behind oxford st it was super easy to get to marble arch and hyde park for a nice morning walk. the breakfast spread was excellent and the staff was super helpful. plus, the room was neat and comfy, which made our stay even better. we felt welcomed, especially when a staff member found and returned my left sweater.

the luggage service was slow and took a long time to arrive. We had some noise from outside at night.
